Default TTS - Rotrex Stage 2 Installation

So far TTS, a UK tuning company, have installed this kit onto 4 S2000's and the guy that runs the place liked the car so much he went out and bought one for himself and that will also soon have a Rotrex SC on it.

Prior to the SC install the car was outputting 166bhp rear wheel power on TTS's dyno (this was 20bhp more than on a second S2000 that was being setup at the same time) and after the initial installation the figure is now 254 RWP (there is still some work to be completed and I am sure this figure will increase). Before they had problems on the car they had it producing 300bhp at the wheels and that is on a Dyno that is reading around 30% lower than you would normaly expect.

The installation comprises of a Rotrex C3094 supercharger, 750cc injectors, upgraded fuel pump and the fuel/ignition timing is controlled by an AEM F/IC controller that piggybacks onto the OEM ECU.

Richard at TTS (HORSEPOWER on S2ki) has had some problems with setting my car up on the dyno as the car was misfiring in VTEC. As my car is far from standard this was a bit tricky to diagnose but in the end the problem turned out to be a faulty AEM F/IC.

Right now the faulty AEM is still in the car and it is not adjusting the VTEC point which is still set by the ECU at 6500rmp. This won

wow thats crazy looking. How in the hell do you get to the belts??

I am not sure If i like how it looks. Maybe that big plate would look better in black?

In comparison it does look like this kit uses less U bends into/outof the Rotrex S/C when compared to the Kraftwerks Kit.

How much boost is the target with stock compression?

That is one good looking s/c kit. Seems like it is easy to get to and work on and simple. Sick.

Honestly, that looks way better than the Kraftwerks kit.
