was this kit successfully installed on any 06+ dbw S2000s? ( i mean UK spec 06+ )

I thought that the Rotrex could only spin in one direction. With it being mounted like this isnt it spinning backwards?

Not if the belt is routed in such a way as to spin it the correct direction.

OUCH.... 1 pound is 1.9488 US dollars so that kit is $7785.00 in american dollars from the Ebay link you showed. Cheap over in UK but expensive for us.

I see TTS is now offering this kit on Ebay for $7,917.29 plus $198.18 surface s/h (sea lanes). Maybe it is meant for the RHD market...
