Is it safe to Vtec? Does it harm the engine/clutch?

it is not safe. period. honda added vtec for emergency situations such as taking your pregnant mistress to the abortion clinic or making it through the light to the corner gas station when you need to poop.

I would really like to know.. I vtec everytime i drive it... It's like a drug you just want to keep doing it..

The higher your rev the engine, the faster it will wear out...

But Honda built the car to rev high, so as long as you keep an eye out on oil level and overreving...you will be a ok
