Looks like they could be used with the Hoosier 295/35/17 tires. Quite a bit less money than CCW's. Not quite as wide, but much lighter.

Could double as rain wheels with 255/40/17's

Type C (Comp) was a favourite on the BMW club racing circuit. One of our guys had a 9,5x18 35 OS made that was the business - light too. Some complained they were soft but we would bounce the kerbs like idiots on them all day - suspect it was street guys hitting potholes complaining. Are these new fitments for the S2K?

They've been around for a while. I've seen an S or two with the 9.5 on the rear, but none running them on the front. Seems like an easy way to fit 275's all around without molesting fenders...

For rain's ap2 rear wheels are Way cheaper.
