Ok RT, I owe you a beer. Took your advice and went to Home Depot (on the way saw VFX_S2K as he was heading home ) tonight and picked up some shrink wrap tubing, cut about half an inch for each side, heat it up, and now the noise is completely gone!!! The shin-etsu (for some reason I kept calling it the Shiatsu) grease also helped with the windows, though a little stain is on the glass (but that's ok).

Shrink wrap is what I used to use on RC cars, can't believe it came in so handy here.

oh, sorry, i posted a few days ago about this annoying noise in the car while driving (it's like gsst gssst gsssst rubber rubbing/clanking sound). well, Prolene's shin-etsu grease on the rubber pieces where the window closes up to and this shrink wrap thing on the top latches on both sides fixed it, NO MORE ANNOYING NOISE! yeah!
