Default lambda/o2 sensor

I initially changed my primary o2 sensor as i was touring europe, and i was suffering high fuel consumption, and poor performance.
I initially ordered a universal splice on, which very quickly paid for its self, over 3000 mile trip, (250miles/tank rather than 200 + better performance)
The main issue with it was, if left for half an hour after driving, upon starting the sensor did not respond quick enough. causing overfueling and kangarooing for a few minutes untill it warmed up.
At the time this did not bother me as it was only a temp measure, and i was doing long stints of driving
I have tried a direct replacement sensor from fuel parts (

Funny you should say this, because i'm think I'm having the same problem with my 'fuelparts' lambda sensor. Hoping you have the same scenario as me.

Do you get hesistation after you have driven the car got out (pop into a shop for example for 10mins plus) and get back in and notice the car kangaroo violently then be okay after 15-20 secs?

It also when left seems to hunt idle?

I have my old one, still so i think ill plug that back in as i dont think there is anything wrong it - so i should be able to get the part no. for you.

It actually doesnt overfuel, it runs too lean because i monitored the AFR.

I have been monitoring the voltage today and it 'seems' its out of range then after this period of 10-15secs come back into range, so there is a response time issue?

Can see you now why my mate has said and I've told other people on here they fail/dont work that well?

I rang fuelparts up to try and get a refund, seems they are aware of the issue and it is indeed a response time issue as i originally thought
