Default No more coffee...ending my addiction...

So I decided over the weekend that I'm going to end my addiction with coffee. I have it so bad that if I don't have coffee in the morning, I have a headache around lunch time. I know it's the fawkin' caffeine...so I'm gonna end it. I have a bottle of Tylenol to help with the impending headaches... Does anyone know if this will work?

Imagine the possibilities with all the $$$ saved from my daily Starbucks visits...

GL buddy! Giving something up that you are used to having, and have been for years is hard. Today will be 3 weeks for me without a cigarette! You can do it!

I thought about Excedrin...but don't I want to avoid caffeine??

I went to coffee because I stopped soda back in December...since then, I've gotten hooked to all of the goodies at Starbucks...I'm a latte whore...

I guess Advil would be a better alternative over Tylenol. Thanks DFWs2k.

I quit cigs and soda cold turkey last December. +1 for Advil.

I migrated to coffee too and am hooked on caffeine even more. At least its more natural than soda?

Good luck!
