coffee & soft drinks (energy drinks as well) & orange juice
whatever drink you buy will make you fat if you just sit in the office and don't do anything but go on the computer.

Yup heaps of water helps, but yes it's a world of pain. The thing about drinking more than 2 cups of coffee a day is that is starts working against the absorption of certain vitamins and minerals like B12.
I drink 3 cups a day usually, but only weak instant coffee, not the crack from starbucks and co. which will get you craving strong stuff. The money saved is extraordinary though, try putting the starbucks money straight into a container, you'll have a holliday to hawai at the end of the year from it, no shit.
