His account here won't let me send him a PM
I have sent several emails to bob@modifry.com but have never gotten a reply
Thoughts/suggestions?
Thanks

I guess, while I'm here I might as well share the email as I'm looking for insights/suggestions.

Subject: PLEASE REPLY, my 2nd attempt to ask question

This is not a complaint, it is just a question, so please, reply, your best guess is going to be better than mine.

I bought and installed the Red Line Warning Beeper without the valet option on my 2002 Honda S2000 many years ago. I am now having the following problem and am looking for any insights you might have.

Here are the characteristics
- unit does not work all the time, when it does it works just fine
- I have checked the fuse and fuse holder and it seems fine
- From time to time when I get in the car to start it up, the unit will go off when the key is turned on, before engine started, just a single loud beep

This is the best mod for the S and I miss it dearly.

What do you think might be wrong?
- Should I go to Radio Shack and buy a whole new set of wire connectors and just undo it and redo it with the new connectors?
- Do you think I should replace just the little siren/beeper?
- Do you have any suggestions on how to fix?

at one point Bob posted an alternative email address -
bob@baustnet.com
you can try that, but sometimes email is trapped incorrectly
by spamcatchers and antivirus programs.
Make sure you use a subject line that will catch his attention
(and I don't mean "free hot sexy viagra") and use plain text,
not HTML.

Great, thanks, I'm on it
Double thx for the non-html suggestion, I would not have thought of that
