Default Question for Modifry

Modifry,

I purchased your IR DCI for a Clarion Pro Audio head unit, DXZ545MP, and had it professionally installed by a friend of mine. All the wiring is connected properly, but my dash controls still don't work. We tried positioning the IR transmitter in several different places and double checked the troubleshooting guide to no avail. Any possible explanations as to why it didn't work? Is it incompatible with the head unit I bought? Or is the IR transmitter possibly faulty? I saw that you can buy an IR transmitter from Radio Shack, but didn't want to spend much more money to fix it. Any suggestions or more troubleshooting tips would be appreciated if you get around to it. Thanks bud, I'd really like to get the product to work because the dash controls are very useful...

Yup - he's quite busy, but I heard from him a few days ago. Try sending him an e-mail - might have better luck that way.
