I'm very happy to report that the Spoon S2000 won FIRST PLACE in the Production 2 (P2) class this past weekend at the Molson Indy Vancouver!! Even more impressive is that the car finished 6th overall and beat a lot of P1 class cars, which include Porsche 911s with custom turbos, Nascar-like stock cars etc.

This race was the Spoon S2K's North American debut, and what a way to finish! It proves that a superbly balanced car (power and control) in the hands of a competent driver is much more effective than all-out power.



The driver was none other than...



...President and CEO of Spoon Sports, who flew from Japan to Vancouver to participate in the Indy!

Woohoo!!! SpoonS2K is my fav. car. Seriously though, what if I copied all of the exterior cosmetic mods from the Spoon car, decals, etc. Would it be legally legit? Would Spoon sue???

Is there any chance of getting a schedule of Spoon's next race here in North America.
I'll be there World Cup style with my body painted yellow & blue.

 

Was that race on TV, or is there any replay schedule?
