I need the wire color for the 12 volt accessories behind the cigarette lighter plug and the grond.

trying to hardwire my navi charger to it.

in an AP1 (and I have no reason to believe an AP2 would be different)
white/red = +
black = ground
however, a better place to hardwire is the underdash fuse box:

Option Connector E - live when the parking lights are on, through fuse 23, 10 amps
Option Connector D - live always, through fuse 42, 40 amps
Option Connector C - live when ignition on (and not cranking) through fuse 42, 40 amps.
All 3 of these connectors are recessed male 1/4" quick-connects, and yes, you should use an in-line fuse, especially when connecting to D or C.

(from the technical FAQ)

i need to add one too. Also, you can use a light tester to figure out which is - or +.
