Default Quite possibly totaled the s. pics

I now fit the 17 year old driver stereotype, and I'm now part of a statistic.

I hit a power-line pole after a 90 degree turn, my fault completely.

The KBB value is $11.2k dealership, $9.2k Private Party.

Do you think it will be a total loss? I won't hear from insurance until later in the week.

I can't tell if there is frame damage, but no airbags deployed, and it looks like the door and front and rear fenders will need replacing. I'm not sure about headlights or front bumper at this point.

Ouch! At least you're okay dude. What happened? Took it too quick? Sandy/oily patch?

Well, you're okay and you have insurance. Keep your head up.

Man, that's a tough lesson to learn. I'm glad you're ok. I hope there isn't any frame damage.

Yea it's killing me to wait on the adjuster's call.

This is by far the biggest lesson of my life yet. Respect the road.

This is why my 17 yr old cousin drives a FWD EM1 Civic Si and why I warned him against a Toyota MR2 and to wait to get an S2000/WRX.

Man dont beat yourself up over it too much, accidents happen. Important part is you're safe and you now have a new respect for driving. When I was 17 I wrecked my prelude, but thankfully it was pretty minor. Live and learn, cars can be replaced, you cant!
