For the BARE basics start try the city for clases,
there are a few studios in rancho that i took clases at as well. Cant remember the names... Start with the city.
its also better if you have a partner to attend the classes with.

Italia, Sevilla looks interesting as it's pretty close to me. Have you done lessons here before? Any details as to what to look forward to from them?
