Default 05 Silverstone nobody calls it hotlanta

Long time lurker here finally pulled the trigger and got a s2k. My best friend had a sazuka blue ap1 forever and always said how fun they are. Prices finally came down to where it made sense and I grabbed it. 05 with 201 on the clock very strong car a few ricer mods I had to undue. Overall I like the car so far I picked it up in Texas and brought it back to Georgia with me. Worked out great since I have my own exotic car transportation company. Not my first Honda but my first s2k and I'm here to soak up all I can.

Yes all highway miles previous owner worked at an oil refinery and drove it back and forth from Texas to Oklahoma Carfax backs up his story. I didn't want to purchase a 15 or 20k car this one checks all my boxes

Congrats on the purchase! Let us know how the 200K+ mile engine fares, I'm curious about common problems (if any other than general maintenance). Nice to see you have a TSX as well, I also have an '05 Silverstone and an '06 TSX. Love them both.

Think I might have seen your S2K for sale in a FB group or maybe on craigslist, can't remember. Been looking for a second one. Have fun with it!

Thanks so far it's been great I didn't think the miles was such a problem all the ap1s I saw had even higher or close to it my tsx has 180 go figure... I have a ef9 ,01 crv se as well as a level 10 built tranny DC Integra hence the sn. Maybe you saw it on CL that's where I found it. Is your tsx manual like mine?

Nice collection you have there! I had a '91 Civic Si and a '99 CRV before buying the S2000. TSX is A/T, bought it a long time ago so the whole family can use it- relatively low miles, around 50K.

And yeah I think I saw the S2K on CL! Real interested in buying a high mileage one that I can drive daily. Current S2K basically spends its life in the garage.
