the older models...AP1 seem to gobble up alot of oil...if you get an ap1 make sure you check your levels at every fill up.And for the leak-down and compression...this is a performance car..... so...... better be safe then sorry.

The leak-down and compression tests will help you know if the car has been over-revved or somehow damaged... The oil consumption is not excessive, it just needs to be watched. We've had some folks assume they don't need to top off between oil changes and burned up their engines. Just don't want that to happen to you.
