Default 2004 s2000 less than 10k miles

My dad bought this 2004 s2000 back when I was 14 or 15. He has decided to sell the car and gave me first crack at buying. I have bought the car and I will be checking it out tomorrow.

Isn't that a little backwards?

haha I guess you have a good point. I grew up with this car in the garage since I was in high school and I know how my dad took care of it so I was confident with the condition. I checked it on Sunday and was extremely pleased with the condition.

So I look at this car as being mint but it does have a bit of a story behind it. My dad bought the car at auction as it was stolen and a lot of parts were removed. We rebuilt the car together when I was in high school. I found a few pics from when my dad bought it showing its condition at the time of purchase. We replaced all of the missing parts (mostly bolt on) and rewired the computer and cluster. Pictures to come.

You guys did a really nice job bringing that back to life. Well done. I assume you will be hanging onto it for a long time because it will be hard to get what you want out of it with a rebuilt title.

Thanks! There are a few things I'd like to improve (proper AP2 headlights for example) but I do plan on hanging on to this car and don't plan on selling so there is plenty of time. To your point the title will impact value and the car has significant sentimental value since my dad and I worked on it together.
