if you think Minimalistic and you wanna race on weekends, yes.

If you want more for your money, try Evo or STI. at 30k, you'll get a lot more than you pay for.

s2k is like whiskey. If you know this is something you want more than wine, vodka or fruity drink, then the bitter taste wont bother you at all, in fact, that's why you would buy this car. for the hard riding, no glovebox, go cart fun.

and you wouldn't worry about a hangover.

I think you're forgetting our "secret compartment". That alone just makes the car that much better... haha.

hey.. the s2k is more than just a toy or piece of meat. it have feelings too you know.. I love HER... and she worth every pennies...

You want toy go get a Elise or a X-Bow which both cost more than the S2K.
The different that they are anorexic and under power compare to the S. haha

to some people they say no, but then again they havent had any experience of driving an s......

here is one of the member discription of him driving it for 8 days ... the thing he forgot to mension and i guess everyone would agree is that 30k equals FUN ... this car is really fun to drive....

Despite being only 2.2 liters, does not mind driving around at low rpms.
Even on a cold morning, with the top down, the heater works great.
The AC also works great in such a small cabin.
Corners very well yet is just as smooth as my g35 on the open road.
I rather like the slight whine from the engine.
Thirsty for a 4 banger

Haha, this just became the "thread to show your friends that buying an s2k is only the greatest investment in the history of ever."

Anyway, the S really is worth every penny, I was even nervous and had that thought floating around in the back of my head until I signed the papers and got in the car to drive home (which from Irvine to San Diego is a pretty long acquaintance ride), and from the second I got in, every damn penny I had spent was worth it.

I WAY overpaid if you are getting one for 29k! haha, but I also got roadside/tire protection, Gap insurance, and the factory front lip and deck spoiler.

^^you can get a more raw-feeling AP1 for $15k-$19k. it's a lot more harsh and somewhat primitive-feeling in all aspects, but that's what makes it unique. and don't forget--we rev to 9,000rpm!
