Default 2008 S2000 as 2009 model

Does anyone know if the S2000 will continue on for at least one more year, i.e. in summer 2008 as a 2009 model?

Cool

Yep,

The last S 2000's were sold in the spring of 2007... no more shipments were scheduled after that...ask my salesman...

Nobdy knows for certain, Honda might stop making it when the "new NSX type supercar" appears whenever that happens.

I wouldn't worry about what model year your car will be 2008 - 2009 it will be the AP2 just like the 2006 - 2007+ unless you get a CR.

Just get IT and ENJOY IT!!!!!

BTW Yellow S 2000's are the best and fastest, ask anyone on this board.

No one knows. People have been speculating that Honda would stop production since 2001. Honda has always been very tight-lipped when it comes to these news.

Just my personal opinion: There will be a 2009 model. It would make little sense for Honda to make changes (to the base model, and create the CR) for just one single year. Besides, the car is 9 years old by 2008. Why not stretch another year to make it 10? Not sure if they would stretch it to 15 like they did with the NSX. But I would imagine that Honda would at least make it to 10, if not 12. This is just my gut feeling, and I have no real proof of this information, nor will 99.99% of the people. I'm sure there is this one or two people who would know, but it's unlikely they'll let us know ...
