I’m a returning member with having owned 2 yellow S2K’s in the past. Ap1 Supercharged and Ap2 all motor built by online pro... anyways onto the new one.
I bought this car a few weeks ago locally for what I consider a great deal and I had been contemplating either buying a project car/ fun car or supercharging my daily 16 is350 and decided to buy the S.
Its an 05 Silverstone with red and black interior with 31k original miles and a salvage title. Pulled the carfax and the car only has this one accident and no frame damage nor airbags deployed and has true mileage. All panels are original with matching vins, haven’t checked engine and trans because it’s a pain but I assume they are. Car was bought back in 2015 by an older gentlemen where he actually purchased 3 S2K’s at once and never registered any. The other two are yellow with black interior but were in really bad shape having sat outside for 4 years and no love. The Silverstone was kept in the garage and from the pics you can be the judge.
So far I’ve done oil/filter change, new plugs, new battery, cabin and air filter.
Waiting to be done are
replacing radiator (cracked), replacing thermostat with mishimoto and fluid Honda Type 2
transnfluid Honda MTF
diff fluid Mobil 1
new sway bar links since two are broken
Anything else anyone recomend for a car whos had 200 miles put on it over the course or 4 years.
