no. the wheels are the only difference. Go to a different dealership. I work at Honda in NC and I can do an 07' for 28.5K OTD.
It is a bit more than wheels(suspension modifications, steering, seats, gauges, wheels) but I still wouldn't pay the premium if I could find an 07 for a deal like CU Nick listed($28K OTD)

uhh crap! they wouldn't go ay lower than 32,500 OTD. oh well...

im located in orange county, would anyone know any good dealerships that would give me better quotes?
Here you go:

[B]I have an 07 new left over for 26900.00. Go to Edmunds.com, kbb.com and look up the invoice, its public info these days, not rocket science. Email 3 of your local dealers internet department, buy it, then enjoy...

Wow, can't believe they're going that low these days.
They're practically dirt cheap.
to OP; yeah, that price is way too high. Don't get a$$-raped by those dealers. Don't even bother going to the dealer in person.
Shoot em an e-mail and see if any dealers are willing to take your offer.
That's how I start negotiating price.
Good luck.

+1 on just emailing dealers. I just looked for all new '07s within 200 miles and emailed each dealer for there lowest price OTD. Recieved lots of different quotes, but I ended up picking mine up at Hendrick Honda in Charlotte. GREAT dealership, very nice people, and very straight forward. They sent me their lowest, rock bottom price, and I was there the next day. It so happened that their S was also a LBP which was my #1 color choice as well.

I paid less than $27,500 for a new 2007 with 40 miles on it= $30,000 OTD. I bought mine from Autowest Honda in Roseville (near sacramento) CA and I had to be a firm on the price b/c they still wanted $35K but they were desperate to sell so they took my offer.

Just be patient and don't appear at all desperate to buy. Negotiation is a power struggle, and you need to show them that you have all the power. S2000s are selling very poorly, so don't be afraid to reject all offers and wait until you can get your price (looks like $27k should be doable).
