Ah finally da promised land!
Hey everyone great to be here! Finally after years of disapointment (funding) I've made it to the promised land. I recently decided to say F'it and now I am awaiting delivery of my very own suzuka blue 2.2 litre baby. I have owned hondas since back in the days DA b16 equipped, Integra ls(wife's), civic 1.5 vtec-e/gsr swapped, Cr-v and Mdx! And now the beast. I am new to the RWD configuration and will probably have a rough learning curve, But I am willing to practice, practice, and practice. I will post pics when it arrives and the unloading etc..
I would like any words of advice from the seasoned owners and even though I have read most of the threads on maintenance I just have to ask. I have used castrol syntec on all my DOHC Vtec engines without any problems and honda MTF for my LSD equipped tranny's yet I hear mobil 1 and amsoil or havoline and the like being thrown around. Is there anything wrong with using castrol synthetic products on these vehicles both motor and diff? Thanks for reading peoples and again great to be here.
