Service history? You mean people keep track of this and save the paperwork?!

So, I took all of your advice and bought it! Learning to adapt my driving style to keep the car revving through the 5,850 rpm VTEC kick-in threshold and looking forward to some warmer weather for top down motoring (it's cold here in the UK). Never did find any service history but as it's a "keeper" I don't suppose that matters.

OK, so perhaps someone will now tell me about that secret compartment?

Just kidding... Open the middle console first, now you can open the secret compartment! Its the next lip in the same area. The wind deflector is attached to the lid of the secret compartment to give you an idea where it is.

I followed another post and have just found the secret compartment of S2000 folklore. OK, so no service history documents but I did find an ashtray insert (I don't smoke) and a curious square piece of curved plastic (paint colored) with arrowhead plastic sticking out - what is this for??!!

I bought my '06 (used) from a Honda dealer. Found all the "issue" books, etc., in the secret compartment. They had no idea it or they were there.

Welcome my second S is an '09. Don't worry about the service records. My car is serviced by one of the club members reportedly to be the best. And I do all the fluid changes so a search will not turn up any records on my car.
