Unhappy Amuse S2000 GT-1

well... finally i think im seriously ready for a s2000 after my college tenure is almost over and finally see the end of the tunnel where I can get a nice paying job instead of working for $12/hour ...

The plan is to get a reasonably (more like cheaply) priced AP1 (2000 or 2001 model) for around 15-16 to start out and turn it into a serious car after heavily modding it... I've decided to get AMUSE GT1 kit ( flamesuit on maybe? and i'm not considering anything else) I figure its not my daily driver (I have a bmw 330 for that) and its not going to see much rain and bad weather and if it breaks down or bodykit falls off I wont be desperately needing a car to get to places...

Can someone with proper GT1 kit experience or knowledge tell me how they cope with the kit in street driving and spirited driving, where they got the kit (i've searched threads where people got it for like 4grand), how much does it cost to install and paint... and other misc stuff i might need to know about

$12 an hour and already in a 3 series? damn, must be rough. good luck with the kit man, lots of ap1's in the range you are looking for, high mileage, but since you are doing heavy mods, mileage shouldn't matter.
