No problems here. Before I got the 06 I had an 00. The 06 is a much more refined car.

We have one '06 owner who had mechanical problems with his drive-by-wire throttle. I believe it was fixed and it's working fine now.

I'm 2 months into my MY06 and zero problems with it, oh I've had problems with Honda of Santa Monica delivering on some 'due bill' items.
Might not ever go there again.
I've had some bogging, just short of bucking but it might be from learning to drive a stick again and rolling with too low RPM's.
Otherwise, the family is loving this car.
