Default Anyone in the WV area?

Hello,I'm new to the forum and will soon be looking to purchase an S2000. I've owned a few sports cars including a Honda Prelude, some old Datsun Z cars and one month in a Lotus Elise thanks to a trusting friend. I grew up in the 80's with my Family always owning Hondas so I know what reliable, well built cars they are. I am focused on buying an S2000 in the near future but have never driven, ridden in or even looked inside one in person. There are a few around town here in Charleston WV but they are never on any lots and seldom if ever for sale around here. I know I'm going to have to travel to buy one which is fine. In the meantime I would love it if a member was willing to show me theirs and possibly take me for a ride in it. I'm normal, I swear...lol. So are there any members in the area who would like to show their S2000 off?

Thanks

Jon

might have a bit better luck in the regional subforums. I'd post the more direct one, but not too clear on where chareston lies on that list. but regardless welcome to s2ki

I loved the Lotus. I never driven an S2000 so I can't compare. I really haven't driven a lot of fast or high end sports cars, just older Z cars with modified suspension and decent handling. For me it was the greatest automotive experience of my life. A real head turner and conversation peice here in WV where it was the only one around. To me it felt like a street legal racing cart. Felt like I was wearing the car, extremely agile. The ride was acceptable to me because I like a firm ride. At 6'2", I surprisingly was comfortable enough to drive all day. In fact I never wanted to stop.
I would expect the S2000 to be a slightly less agressive version with similar high reving characterisctics and lower maintainence costs.
