i notice i go in all these chats or builletns or whatever there called and all of you have these little pimped out cartoon s's how can i get one going im new to this site

welcome to the board! I think you can just click most people's sigs to jump to the program that helps create the pics. On a side note, how about helping ease the communication burden by using punctuation and creating smaller sentences?
