Ive had my s2000 for about 4 months and I love it!

I had an e46 that was lightly modded and It was incredibly unreliable, in the shop once a month it seemed. The ticket was never cheap and either. It crapped out on me at the worst time possible so I decided to give it the boot.







I was leaning heavily towards the ap1 s2000, but also on my list was a wrx wagon (bug eye preferably), a clean fox body 5.0 mustang, or a nice e30 coupe. I basically wanted something that was fun, simple, that I could work on easily (kinda ruled out the wrx). After about 3 weeks I had a day off and had found 2 ap1s so I went to check em out. The first one was black, bone stock except for a dc header. The second one was way spa yellow pearl, way cleaner, had ap2 wheels, a K&N intake, and a clean front lip and wing (and what I didnt know was a camera mount), of course it was more expensive but also had slightly lower mileage. I thought it out over lunch and went back and got the spa yellow s2000.

Thanks for the post! I actually used it before I bought the car to get a good idea of things I should be looking for. It was very helpful!

I think I'm gonna start out by changing all my fluids, plugs, cabin filter...basic stuff like that.
Once I get that out of the way I'm looking at getting an invidia q300 ti or greddy spectrum elite exhaust, coilovers, rotors pads and lines, and some rims and tires.
