To introduce myself, my name is David. Had been i the market for an ap2 s2k and looks like ive found one . Thanks to the magic of Google, it appears Ive come across s2k-takara's AP2 s2000 and now I know who the original owner Question is, does anyone know anyting about the car I should know? Current owner lacks any records and is pretty tight-lipped about it. I was hoping milage info? any issues you guys might have known of ? Anything would be great, thanks guys.

If someone is selling a car and wont tell me basic info like mileage, I pass.

 

I have the milage, there just isnt a service history or anything on carfax to verify mileage. Seats look a little more worn than you would see on a 53k mil car....


No one remember s2k takaras mileage or modifications? If it was in any crashes?

 

You can search the forums for his postings on here. That would give you an idea about the car's history.

 

Carfax has to show mileage reports I would think. As stated above search the name on here and look through his posts if he was active. Seats can get worn very quickly.

 

Carfax ended up being useless as it only had initial sale and transfer info/milage but forums search was great with a lot of insight. Thanks again for the input.
