Clutch problems
Hi
Can anyone help me please. My S2000 has only done 30,000 miles and was registered Sept 56. Have been absolutely satisfied with the car until last week when I had problems with the clutch. the car is still under warranty and therefore should have been covered, however, Honda Customer Assistance advised that this was not warranty covered and that this was driver caused. The car has only done 5,000 miles in the last twelve months and is not used for short journeys where massive gear changes are needed such as in and around town. The replacement clutch has cost

well the clutch is a "wear" item, a lot of owners have gotten past 100,000 miles on the first clutch. i'm at 84,000 but my clutch slips due to FI rpm limit quick shifts and some mild FI clutchs are holding up. so, 30,000 miles requiring a clutch change is unusual.
