Considering a purchase...
Hi Bill,
I bought my S2000 2006 AP2 in 2008 from our local Honda dealer. It had 7,500 miles. It was my mid-life crisis car and I loved taking it into the city and having young guys tell me I had a cool car. My husband and I have had it serviced regularly from the local dealer. They have all the records. We use it only during the summer. It is now under wraps and so I don't have exact mileage, but I think it is between 30K and 33K. Other than oil change and tire change, it hasn't needed any other maintenance. I thought we'd keep it forever, but my husband traded his 2008 Prius for a Tesla 3 and that has now become our sports car. We simply don't need two.
We are not super motivated to sell, but I think we probably won't drive it much this year as we'll take the Tesla to our cottage for the summer. The car had one minor accident when a deer jumped on the hood. No damage to the engine or mechanics, just a new hood. My husband sideswiped the back right end driving out of the driveway and so we go that replaced. It has a few minor dings from other car doors, but if we could find an owner that really loves it, that would make a difference. The leather on the driver's side seat has some stitching that has worn out. I think we paid between $26 and $28K in 2008. The car is covered in our driveway from October through April. It was always our "third" car -- never relied on it for commuting. The convertible top is in great shape. We love the car.

Would you be interested in a "little old lady" summer only 2006 S2000 AP2 silver with around 30K? We bought it from our local Honda dealership in 2008 (one owner) and have had it serviced regularly at the dealership. Mostly sits under canvas cover, but we do drive it in June-August. We love it to pieces by my husband just sold his 2008 Prius and bought a Tesla and we don't need 2 sports cars.

Thanks Chuck. I live in Central NJ, we summer in Western NY. I just paid for a Carfax using the Honda S2000 VIN number. Happy to share with anyone. Carfax put a retail value of $23,480 on the car. I really love the car and only want to sell if someone really will love it also. Only reason for selling is my husband traded in his 2008 Prius for a Tesla 3. We don't need two sports cars. Car is under canvas cover from October through April. the last mileage listed on Carfax was 30,403 miles on June 2019.
