Hey everybody

So after three years of looking at S2k's and watching every video I finally got a 2000 Berlina Black S2000.
A little back story to how this came about. I was driving a 07 Hyundai Tiburon GT limited until a jerk on the 280 decided it was my day to be involved in a 5 car accident.
so to make the story short, Hyundai = total, insurance = $$$, s2k = mine

On to the car, I purchased it used from a family due to the owner having back surgery and not being able to drive the car anymore. It was always garaged, but they weren't the greatest when it came to keeping it clean...apparently the wife wiped it down with paper towels before meeting me and only waxed the car twice a year. Bumper is showing obvious signs of bottoming out. They poorly painted the emblems and wheels with plastidip and the car is cover in over spray.

On to the good. The car is mechanically sound with only 81k miles. All the previous owners were old men who only cruised and never raced. The car is bone stock besides the radio and 2 tiny little speakers.

I Cant wait to get this baby back to its original glory.
spent 4 hours this morning restoring the paint ( still not done )
and took it to a local detailing shop for the interior ( Previous owner smoked, had a dog, and ate in this car )

I have some major plans now that I finally have this dream car.
