Been a while since I last posted here but I had to take care of things to set my dream into motion.

After taking a test drive yesterday, the S exceeded all expectations and now I'm losing sleep for every day I don't have one. But the offers are in and I need some assistance.

Found some dealers that carried the S I wanted (new 2007) but I'm a but skeptical about some prices I've been given.

From what I've read the invoice price of a 2007 S2000 is $30,838 but after speaking with some dealers to give me a quote that includes tax/reg/license/all dealer fees I was quoted under $32K US and even one under $31K US, I got a few at msrp and beyond, but I can't imagine how the dealer could sell for near invoice.

The one under $31K has under 20 miles on it, so aside from asking what the mileage on the other car is and inspecting the cars in person, what else should I look for to confirm nothing fishy is going on?

 

Those are some very good deals.... some of us in norcal can't seem to find a new S for 30k before TTL.. go for it!

 

Well the dream finally came true.

I am officially a very proud new owner of a 2007 Grand Prix White S2000.

It still hasn't hit me, it's in my parking space but when I look at the beauty that is the S2K, I keep thinking, "is she mine ?"

To those wondering I drove it off the lot with 6 miles on it and got it for $33,687 OTD.
