I'm thinking of ordering a 07 S2k soon but befor I do I have a few questions

My g/f is scared for safety reason of riding in a convertible so i'm wonder if there is a hard top version of the S2k and if so what do you think about it over the convertible

also again with the g/f she thinks the car is too small and that were going to die instantly
if we got into a accident, how safe is the car so I can reassure that will be alright

 

the removeable hardtop is an optional accessory that you can buy, probably 3000 from the dealer

 

car is pretty safe! its pretty strong i have gotten into one accident and the car held up alot better than i thought

 

If It's any consolation, coming home from the dealership on the day I purchased my S2k I encountered a driver who had put his S2000 into the FWY wall - car did not look good but the driver was standing talking with highway patrolman - guy did not even look shaken.

and also what price should I look for in an 07 model
and how much do you think I should put down, I have $8000 saved up
