At least you should have some sunny weather.
Man, I sure hope so. I wouldnt want my first convertible experience to be in crappy rain. I cant take this anymore, I just want to leave, I dont think im going to sleep very well tonight.

I spent an entire day driving the S2000 around Beverly Hills, CA, a few months back. I was comfortable all throughout the day until I got tired. I believe that is when you really start feeling how plain the S2000's interior really is. Until I actually began feeling sleepy and sluggish, I didn't think much about how the seat felt or whether my knees were touching the steering wheel or not.
Unless you've been in a smaller car than the S, I am sure if you drive the S2000 for long periods of time, stopping only for a few hours to get rest, you'll hate the feel of the interior.
I don't mind it, though, because other than that trip to Beverly Hills, I don't drive the S for hours straight.

P.S: My clutch was burnt at the time, so I was having a difficult time driving in stop-'n-go traffic. I am certain that is what made me feel uncomfortable and tired after a long while (at least 8 hours of driving through the city, two hours on the highway = 10 hours all together).

Have a nice flight and a safe return trip. Take some pics along the way back home.

I drove 1000 miles when I got mine....it was still the best road trip I've ever taken.

My advice would be to bring plenty of painters tape and some good CDs....you'll want to spare some headache by taping that bumper before a 1200mile trek.

gl bro, i just got back from a 7 hr hike in mine after i picked it up. Not too bad, sitting almost straight up for that long gets a little annoying after a while, but finding some room in traffic to have fun makes you forget all about it lol be safe and look forward to some pics...sebring silver is the BEST color

I don't know what everyone else is talking about though I bet a burnt out clutch will make any car uncomfortable... I flew out to pick up my S and drove it 1000 miles home. It was a great and comfortable road trip. I've taken the S on several road trips since then and each one has been great.

Guess it's a YMMV thing. Stop and rest when you need it.
