I bought my black 04 3 weeks ago with 22k miles and a 7yr/100k warranty for $21,500. It also has new OE tires with 2000 miles on it...all 4. In comparison, this deal doesn't sound that "good".

 

Or perhaps you got a deal that isn't found very often.
Two months ago I bough my '05, 12,900 miles, OEM hard top, for $22k, but I think that is very, very, very hard to come by.

I think you got a good deal. I live in so cal as well and most 04's i've seen, the asking price is usually 24k+.
