?Is this a good deal?
Dealer on Craigslist is selling a '00 S2K with about 100K miles on it. Car is pretty nicely setup with a Greddy turbo kit (SR/60 I believe), JDM intercooler, AEM management system, Tein springs, camber kit, and a few other misc. items.
Guy is asking right at $10K which I think is a fair price for a clean title S2k at 100K miles....but what do you guys and gals think?
I would be very interested in a repaint of the car within the first year of having it....I think any 10 year old paintjob is giong to need a refresher, and I would be adding a hard-top and wider front fenders at the same time...but these are just fyi's...they will probably happen no matter what year S2k I buy

Its just me but I would be pretty uneasy about buying a turbo'd car with 100k on the clock from a dealer. You have no clue who the past owner was or how they treated it, so you have to assume it was put through its paces quite a bit
nevermind guys....I went and saw the car and it definately needed a bit of TLC....pics the dealer had posted were definately a couple of years old
engine bay was in the worst shape of any car I've seen during my search (and there have been quite a few)....airbags had deployed at some point, and it was throwing a code....and the rear driver break looked like it was siezing up....not willing to do that much work to get the car into shape...looked like someone definately had beaten on it
