Default good deal or no deal?

hi im new to hondas so i was wondering if this is a good deal. its a 04 s2k that has 36,500 miles on it and they are asking 21k for it plus c/f hood exhaust and ground effect.

or would this be a better deal its a 05 with 19k miles asking for $19k. but the catch is its a rebuilt title. damage done to the right rear.

need some suggestions thank you guys

I would stay away from the rebuilt title one. The first one sounds like a pretty good deal depending on what kind of janky stuff they put on the car for "ground effect".

Titles that aren't clear are going to have all sorts of issues. Repairs these days have gotten to the point that any car can be fixed and put back into 100% stock form, question is do you trust that it was and also having the stigma on your title. The stigma can definitely cause headaches, for example: say you crash your s2000 and it was determined to be totalled, when they cash you out, you're going to get reemed on the value (typically they deduct 50% from the KBB price).
How good of a deal is contingent of where/when you buy it and what condition you got it in, but the clear titled one sounds pretty good; just heard of a guy a year ago quoted 21K for an 04 with 4000 miles on it. The deals are out there, especially now that another year of age is tacked on and it's raining.

I wouldn't go for either. Find yourself a stock, no damage car. There's plenty out there. No need to settle.
