Not a bad price. I just picked up a 04 with 27,850 miles for 20,899.

I wouldn't buy either. I prefer to buy clean non-modified used cars. Or save up a little more money and buy a virgin.

Modded cars aren't bad if you were planning to do those mods anyway. You'll save yourself money and time. Modded or stock you should always buy a car that has been well maintained with records to prove. Stock cars that have been ragged on may still give you problems. Also, many people that have modded cars turn them back to stock when they sell. So you never know, just find yourself a clean car.
