Located in SoCal. It belongs to my friend's boss. I'm still on the fence for this price so if you really want it let me know I'll be happy to help him sell it.

On the fence? You won't find an 06 any cheaper unless it has been seriously trashed or wrecked. If you want an S2K at a great price, this is the car. Unless, that is, you don't like Yellow...

I'm told by a contact at a Honda dealer that 06 S2K sells for 21.5 to 22 in auctions. They will offer a little more for private sales because they can inspect it, which leads me to believe the seller gets no more than 22.5 from any dealer and therefore I have room for bargaining. In any case I'm looking forward to reaching a deal and joining the community.

good luck . If you don't buy it which is highly unlikely because this is a really good deal. Hit me up the info if you don't want it because I'll fly down to pick it up. I've been looking for a RY or NFR for a while.

I'd say it's a pretty good deal. Knowing who owns also helps.

Unless you have access to an auction you probably won't be getting it for those kind of prices. It isn't as if lots of 06's are going to auction anyway. 23,500 is better than 99.9% you would find all over the country IMO(assuming similar condition/miles). That car likely sold for at least $28K(probably more) unless he bought it as a leftover.
