Just bought one of my bucket list cars, an AP1 s2000, specifically a 2001 with startship miles on it, 245k to be exact! Shift like butter, runs great (previous owner claims the engine has about 90k on a rebuilt but no proof, so I take that with a grain of salt) She was cheap and ran great on the 3.5 hour drive from Atlanta to Savannah last night, used no oil on the trip. I made a list of things that need done on my drive home lol, these include:

Top striker adjustment (bit of wind noise at 80+)
CEL diagnosis (SAI flow code, re-attached one of the vacuum lines, but still there, AEM long arm intake)
fluid change out (diff, trans and engine)
tighten axle nuts
oil leak from what looks to be the TCT inspection hole (is there an o-ring or seal in there?)
fix the radio mounting (pioneer CD player is just kinda floating in the hole lol
Fix the cruise control (missing the plastic bumper piece)

luckily all these things are easy and cheap to fix, the body is great (does have AP2 bumpers and suspension on it, even though there is no accident history reported) paint is probably the best red paint I have seen on one with no fading or clear coat chipping.

Overall I am pretty stoked on this car!
