Sounds about right. I got mine for 26 OTD but mine had 11k miles on it. You could bargain to bring it down 500 since you will need to replace the rear tires soon.

That's not bad but I wouldn't pay any more than that.

I just bought my S about a month ago. I shopped for some time, comparing individuals to dealers and looked at everything from a 2001 to a 2005. Cars ranged from 18,500.00 to 27,000.00.

Most cars were low mileage and in fairly good condition. I found a 2005, GPW/Tan, with low mileage for right around the same price you have been quoted. The car would have been right at 27k drive out. I found this to be in line, but I kept looking.

Finally, I found a car in Alabama, a 2004 Berlina with 5400 miles on it. The car is absolutely mint. There is one knick on one of the rear wheels and it is perfect otherwise. I got the car for $22,098 and I thought it was a great price. This was from a dealer. Granted, it was out of state, so no taxes in that price. But when I did title the car in Georgia, I only paid the difference in tax, so I still saved money.

Bottom line, I got the car for $23,000 plus all taxes and fees.

The car you are looking at is 1 year newer, and you are probably looking at more in taxes. The price sounds fair and probably in line with what most dealers would sell the car for. Plus it is CPO'd, which is nice.

Sounds like a reasonable price, this always changes by location though.
