ok you are right. not very large is needed to ad 130 more. but a very large would certainly get the job done. for example, the greddy kit uses a small but decent size tubo and only puts out another 62 ft-lbs more torque. and if we look at sc bolt-on kits. kraftwerks high boost kit puts out only 78 more.

you wouldn't need a giant propane spooled turbo, but to get 130 more torque, you're going to need a big one.

It's not a matter of "getting along" - most are just trying to educate you on what a stronger clutch really does.

I've got a torque increasing clutch in my '06..

I got it from a perpetual motion machine in a salvage yard.

If you don't mind moving your powerband to the left, you can pick up LOTS of torque with a "smaller" turbo. Big turbos on a small motor and centrifugal blowers aren't known for being torque monsters.

It adds a small amount of torque. I know that it can take 80% more torque than the stock clutch.

When someone can explain this too me like I'm a five year old. Then you are qualified to explain torque. Not trying to be that guy. Sorry...

You just dont get it do you.
Let the guy get his clutch. he seems dead set on this torque increase. He's not listening anyway.
Welcome to the forum, And after you install the clutch, tell us about the increase.

You linked us to something that talks about a gear box? Your gears will multiply torque at the wheels, but your clutch will not. All you're doing is increasing holding power, that's it. You may improve, or at least change the feel, but if your clutch is already in good shape, you will get absolutely nothing in terms of power/torque.

In short, it adds NO torque.

You'll get more torque out of tuning a stock setup than you will a clutch.
