Default greetings from soCal. lookin to buy an s2000

hey everyone. im from the 714 area in soCal and i just joined because i decided i want to buy an s2000. so a little about me...

i own an 5spd is300

heres pics of my car:

i LOVE my IS but i also want something more aggressive and fun to drive. i just drove my friends s2000 and i fell in love with how it out performs my is300 and is so much fun to drive. before i drove the s2000 i wanted to go turbo with my IS but i figured i with all that money i would be droppin on boost i could put a good down payment on a used s2000.

so this is what im planning to do

im going to keep my is300 as a daily driver and in the next couple of months or so ill be purchasing an s2000 and have that as my weekend warrior.

i have just a couple of quick questions:

-If any, what complaints do you guys have of your s2000?
-Should I be expecting any problems with an s2000 with over 70k miles on it?
-and How are the gains with N/A mods on an s2000?

thanks everyone for your time
