Happy Owner
I just bought a 2005 Berlina Black S2000 yesterday. It had 13,000 Miles and was very clean. I was shocked at the difference between the S2K and my old BMW Z3, the S2000 is waaaaay better Interiorwise, exterior and performance. The car is much faster then what I'm used to, I've been taking it easy until I learn to drive it correctly. Even though I've already smoked my friend's Tiburon GT V6 and a Boxster. I Love the car and cant wait to get out and drive it again tommarow, its great!!
welcome man, and congrates on your car...just take it easy, and learn your car inside out
there is just so much potential to this car and you learn something new everyday
what was the engine in your Z3?? 2.5 , 2.8 , 3.0?

^ Yes, listen to Saud. Take it easy. Control, control, control! I don't want to hear about you cracking your new baby up (we've had too much of that)!
But, welcome aboard, and I'm glad you're enjoying your car. To me, the S2000 has been the best purchase I ever made!

My Z3 was a 5 Speed 2.5, so you can see there is a major difference in engine output. Yeah I know what you guys mean about controlling the car. I have been taking it easy but these last few days I have really been warming up to the feel of the car.
That's it, guys. Be smart. Just respect the car's power, and you'll never have a problem. If we never have to read another post about someone wrecking their S by losing it in a turn that'll be too soon.
And, one more note about winter climates for those of you dealing with freezing temperatures... The car is measurably stronger running with cold air, and at the same time the stock tires turn into Teflon-coated bricks. You will lose control of the car if you drive it like it's mid-summer. Get yourself appropriate winter tires, and realize that no matter what you do your grip will be reduced, particularly if there's anything on the road.

Whoa Chazmo, you must have been behind me last night. Temperature outside was a balmy 10 degrees and the roads were completley dry so I thought it would be a good time to go for a ride. It was like driving a totally different car. I kept the speeds low because I remember reading about cold tires on this site. Thanks for the insight, it's appreciated.
