Hi all!
My name is John Lee and I'm from Anchorage, Alaska. I've always wanted a S2000, but the weather here isn't typical for a rear wheel convertible. I've been an AWD guy ever since I was legally able to drive (before that Civics and Integras). My first vehicle was a 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX and I loved it. After spending way too much money on it, I sold it to a buddy and bought myself a 2010 Mercedes Benz C300 4Matic. I recently got promoted at work and now will be able to afford a S2000 that just sits in the garage for most of the year.
I initially registered to the club to research more on the S2000. Although YouTube and Edmunds car reviews were helpful, nothing beats what I've read so far in the forums. I am now confident that I want to be a S2000 owner! Almost everyday, I'll looked through the Cars for Sale section to find a S2000 that's right for me. So far, there are a few that has caught my attention. It's hard to come across a S2000 for sale here in Alaska and if it does come up, it's gone immediately. I am planning a road trip this year to the states and hoping to find my S2K.
