I paid $1100 w/tires; shipped from ebay. The tires are almost new on the front and the rears are mismatched! I have one brand new (discontinued) Dayton Daytona and a stock RE050 with about 50% tread left. I am just going to wait until the potenza needs replacing and get two new matching rears.

I had the stock RE050's on the car. I knew I shouldn't drive it, but all of the roads were dry except the corners of the on ramps. It spun me sideways before I had a chance to do anything. But I am happy with the outcome!
Had I known I would be spending all this extra money I would have just got the 2004 in the first place.
You mean OEM S-02s?

Oh yeah, those. HAHA, I was thinking about the RE050's that came on the 04's.

For the record, I don't know for sure, but I don't think the RE050s are any more supple in cold weather than the S02s. You should consider winter tires if you're going to be driving around in UT in the winter.

I'm planning on buying my friends '94 Acura Legend GS for the winter. I've learned my lesson.

Very nice S. Can't wait to drive it during the winter months.
