Default Hello. Dont think I have ever introduced myself.

Been here awhile and have read through posts and threads until my eyes have bled. Figured I just introduced myself and my s2k. I have a 2000 ap1 with 113k on her. I've owned a year now and it's an incredible machine. I've put a ton of work into her that the previous owner neglected, did wrong or whatever. I've got an absolute enormous list of everything I've done in the last year. And shes finally to about where I want it. Originally came from Fort Myers, Florida, a guy in Detroit, Michigan bought it and I bought it from him and she now resides in northern Ohio. Just a few pictures of when I got it and now.

Nice rehab. How much do you think you have in it, purchase price plus restoration?

I have no idea what I have put into her lol. I bought it because it needed some TLC and wanted a project that wasnt totally wasted. I know the most expensive stuff was the new tires and the rear end I blew apart last October. Bought a good used one had it going again in about 2 weeks. Removing the vinyl wrap took 2 days. I just put 75a innovative diff mounts in the other day and took her put for a ride and you can feel the difference. 3 out of 4 of my original ones were blown apart so I feel like that had something to do with the rear end. I paid $9500 for it and she is imacculatly clean all around. No rust anywhere but that cast control arms. I just wish the red carpet and red seats were in better shape.

I'm interested to know where you got your sideskirts from (or am I seeing things?)

And which aftermarket front lip is that?

Also, did you have the entire car repainted?

Think you are seeing things, no side skirts yet lol. The car was vinyl wrapped white and I used a clay bar and waxed the hell out of it. Not too bad for 18yr old paint that spent 16yrs on the gulf coast. It has some dents and dings on the driver quarter and missing clear coat where the s2000 badges should be. The lip and spoiler are unpainted oem style replicas that I suspect the previous owner got off ebay.

I too have an AP1 Silverstone, mine is year 2000. My front bumper and rear bumper will need to be resprayed eventually, but other than that... This Silverstone color absolutely SHINE despite how old it is.
