Hehe...don't let the previous owner's age make you think the car is any cleaner...my dad is over 60 and beats on his cars.

Congrats. Remember to keep an eye on your oil level every time you fill up for gas. AP1s burn oil.

Is it weird that my ap1 doesnt burn oil? i've heard that the vtec burns oil and to check it constantly, but i havent experienced any oil level drop

It depends alot on how hard you drive it too. I check mine once a week, or check it at the gas station if I have to fill up before then. Sometimes I dont have to add any, sometimes I have to add a little bit to top it off. Its a good idea to keep an eye on it to at rest stops and stuff if you ever go on a longer trip in it too!
