Hello, new from South Dakota
Hello, s2ki. New here from South Dakota.
Would just like to introduce myself. My name is Ryan, I have been involved in the Honda world since I was about 15 years old. Just recently picked up my first s2000. Not sure if the previous owner was a member or not. Some in the racing world may recognize the car. Bought it set up very well. Got a killer deal. Can't wait to enjoy it!
I recently got more involved in racing the last few years and out of the car show scene. Started with autocross and transitioned in to road racing. Been down hill since day one. I absolutely love it. My Prelude really wasn't the car for it. Was going to build a Civic for it then I stumbled upon this gem...
2006 Honda s2000. Estimated 9000 miles.
Mods
- 3"Berk Technologies catback with Test Pipe
- K&N drop in filter
- Ohlins Road and Track coilovers with 700/600 Hyperco Springs
- Challenge front offset bushings
- Enkei RPF-1 17x9 +45 with Dunlop Z2ss
- Carbotech brakes XP-10 fronts and XP-8 rears
- Brake ducts
- Forbidden USA oem style topr, Izzy's custom Cage rear mounts and Rockstar front mounts
- APR GT250 wing
- HardDog Roll bar with single cross bar and lowered harness bar
- OMP HTE-R XL seat
Already took it to Minnesota Time Attack at DCTC. Did really well for my first time in the car and first time driving RWD on the track. Took second place Unlimited!
Pictures from the seller:
Plans for the s2000 are working on my driving ability. Adding a bit more weight back. Door panels, another seat ect. I wont make race weight.
Also driving the ever living hell out of it. She'll get plenty of track miles. Can't wait.
Here's my Prelude and Civic
Prelude was featured in Honda Tuning, March/April of 2013. That was a big goal of mine. Felt great to achieve it.

Civic was a pick up in the spring when I couldn't find an s2000 or Integra Type R for the right price... Funny how things work out.
